Heiligenstein winegrowers continue to produce this wine, which has become rare. By its elegance, its strength and its subtle aromas, it is among the noble grape varieties of Alsace and is an excellent gastronomic wine.

On the nose, this wine reveals tones of yellow fruit and candied citrus. On the palate, it is a well-balanced wine, between roundness and fine acidity.
