The grapes were left to macerate in whole bunches for a week. After a gentle pressing, fermentation with indigenous yeasts and ageing without sulphites, it was bottled without filtration. The result is an orange, dry, full-bodied wine with aromas of dried and candied fruit. It is definitely gastronomic.
