This Sylvaner comes from an exceptional terroir: the Côtes de Barr. Situated upstream from our Kirchberg de Barr Grand Cru, it faces due south and its gentle slopes encourage the grapes to ripen well. It has long been renowned for producing excellent gourmet sylvaners.

Lively, light and thirst-quenching, with discreet fruitiness. On the palate, it is frank and delicate, built around a lovely freshness. It brings a touch of liveliness to food pairings. Perfect with an assortment of cold meats, a quiche or onion tart, or a seafood platter.
