Klevener de Heiligenstein 2021 Lieu-dit Schwendehiesel
14,30 €
A real rarity! You’ll only find this wine in our village. It’s made from an ancient grape variety, Savagnin Rose, also known as Traminer. It comes in a variety of versions, from dry to sweet, including semi-dry and mellow. There’s something for everyone!
From the Schwendehiesel vineyard, this cuvée draws its finesse and depth from a deep clay-loam soil. It is broad and well-proportioned, with a delicate sweetness that is not ostentatious. Easily digestible and well-balanced, it goes well with foie gras, stuffed poultry and Indian or Thai cuisine.
